How to use the vacuum storage bags:
Step 1: Open the vacuum bag and place your textiles inside, leaving approximately 4 inches free up to the pressure seal and avoiding overfilling. Step 2: Press the locking clip and slide it firmly across the entire width several times until the zipper is completely closed. Step 3: Open the cap and use a vacuum cleaner to suck out the air, stopping when the bag no longer gets smaller. Step 4: Close the cap. Avoid contact with edges or sharp objects, as vacuum bags are delicate.
To achieve the desired result, it's crucial to ensure the zipper is completely sealed by actively pressing the clip while sliding. Additionally, sharp textile parts should not be in direct contact with the bags.
When compressing wool, down, and feather-filled textiles, proceed with caution and avoid suctioning out all the air to prevent damage.
The figg vacuum bags are compatible with standard vacuum cleaners with a pipe diameter of over 1in / 2.5cm and are not intended for storing food.
Due to technical reasons, the actual size of the bags may be up to 0.2in / 0.5cm smaller than the specified size. Like other products, the vacuum bags have a lifespan and can be damaged after multiple uses.
